Peikko Gulf LLC has two sales offices in the Middle East; Peikko Gulf LLC in Ras Al Khaimah Industrial Area in United Arab Emirates, and Al Rashed Peikko LLC in Dammam, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. There is also a production unit in United Arab Emirates. PEIKKO Gulf’s manufacturing is certified by DNV for ISO9001 (management quality), ISO14001 (environmental), OHSAS18001 (health&safety) and ISO3834-2 (welding).
At Peikko Gulf LLC our manufacturing capabilities are streamlined for efficiency. With our facility in Ras Al Khaimah we are able to ensure high quality standard as well as flexible and fast deliveries. Our factory has 2 800 m2 of combined production and warehousing area.
Our handling equipment includes cranes, forklifts and a range of semi-automatic and automatic machines such as welding robot unit cell, threading of reinforcement bar and resistance automatic welding. Our Thermal cutting and equipment incorporates the most modern technology and enables us to perform an extensive range of cutting and bending for our products.
At Peikko Gulf LLC welding is carried out to the highest quality standards. All welders are fully trained and their performance is constantly monitored, both on production site as well as by third party inspection agencies. In-house knowledge includes sawing and drilling capabilities as well as blasting, cleaning and corrosion protection.
