PPL Anchor Bolt Installation Template

PPL Anchor Bolt Installation Templates are designed to enable accurate positioning of bolts into column foundations or column heads made of concrete. The templates can be used with HPM^® and PPM^® Anchor Bolt types and COPRA^® Anchoring Couplers.

The PPL Anchor Bolt Installation Template is a steel plate for installing bolts accurately into castings. Bolts are accurately positioned and fixed into the molding with the PPL Anchor Bolt Installation Template. Anchor bolts are fixed through the template holes with nuts and washers.

The installation template can be secured with nails to the supporting base by the nailing recesses at the sides. The template has alignment marks for accurate positioning of the anchor bolt group to the module line, and bolts can be adjusted and tightened to the correct level. PPL Anchor Bolt Installation Templates are manufactured to given specifications.

Use product with

HPM^® Rebar Anchor Bolt

HPM^® Rebar Anchor Bolts are used with HPKM^® Column Shoes and SUMO^® Wall Shoes to create fast and safe connections between precast elements. Anchor Bolts transfer the compression and tension forces through a combination of headed studs and the bond of the ribs of ribbed bars.

PPM^® High-Strength Anchor Bolt

PPM^® High-Strength Anchor Bolts are used as counterparts for BOLDA^® Column Shoes and SUMO^® Wall Shoes to create fast and safe connections between precast elements. Anchor Bolts transfer compression and tension forces through a combination of headed studs and the bond of the ribs of ribbed bars.

COPRA^® Anchoring Coupler

COPRA^® Anchoring Couplers are used with HPKM^® Column Shoes, BOLDA^® Column Shoes or BECO^® Beam Shoes to create fast connections. Anchoring Couplers transfer compression and tension forces through a combination of headed studs and the bond of the ribs of ribbed bars. COPRA^® can be adapted to all types of concrete structures and formworks.

HPKM^® Column Shoe

HPKM^® Column Shoes are used together with HPM^® Anchor Bolts or COPRA^® Anchoring Couplers to create fast and safe column connections that are instantly moment-resisting.

Wall Shoe Anchor Bolts

Wall Shoe Anchor Bolts with special AL washers are used together with SUMO^® Wall Shoes. Wall Shoe Anchor Bolts transfer tension, compression and shear forces to a reinforced concrete base structure such as the foundations.
